Shipping Destinations

At JustrcToys.com, we ship orders worldwide for most countries. As long as your country is available during the signup process, we can deliver to your location. However, we cannot ship to military sites such as APO or FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, we offer the following shipping methods for orders:

  • Air Post Mail Registered
  • Air Post Air Mail Parcel
  • EMS Express
  • UPS Express
  • DHL
  • FedEx

You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout based on your budget and urgency requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination, chosen shipping method, and the weight of the ordered items. You will need to pay the shipping fee for each unit of items purchased. These costs are non-refundable once an order is shipped.

The available shipping options and associated costs will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and during the checkout process. Please note that remote area fees may apply for DHL, UPS, or TNT shipments, depending on your zip code. Contact the respective courier companies for more information.

Order Processing & Handling

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 working days of receiving payment. However, additional time may be required to prepare and test certain items before shipping.

We provide standard packing for all shipments. If you have any special packing requests, please contact us through the "Contact Us" form before placing your order.

Ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate, as we ship orders based on this information. We are not responsible for shipment failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipment Times

The shipment time for your order depends on the shipping method chosen and your location. Here are approximate shipment times for different methods:

Courier service (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT):

  • Asian Area: 7-12 working days
  • USA or Canada: 7-15 working days
  • Europe: 7-12 working days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 working days

EMS Express Service:

  • Asian Area: 7-12 working days
  • USA or Canada: 7-15 working days
  • Europe: 7-15 working days
  • Rest of the world: 7-16 working days

Air Mail Registered and Air Mail Parcel:

  • Asian Area: 12-25 working days
  • USA or Canada: 20-35 working days
  • Europe: 15-30 working days
  • Rest of the world: 12-40 working days

Please note that these are estimated shipment times provided by the shipping companies and are not guaranteed. Longer lead times may occur in exceptional cases, and shipment delays may be caused by customs inspections or local postal services.

Tracking & Tracing

Most shipping methods provide a tracking number, which we will provide once your order is processed. The order should be traceable from the corresponding shipping company's tracking system within 48 hours of being shipped.

You can find the tracking number and relevant tracking URLs in your account section after logging in.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All item prices listed on our website are tax-exclusive. As we are based in Hong Kong, we cannot charge you for local duties and taxes.

We can declare a lower value on the invoice, typically 30%-50% of your order value, and we usually ship orders as "GIFT."

If you have any special requests regarding the declared value, please state them clearly in the order remarks during checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the merchandise you order complies with your local laws and import regulations. You are also responsible for contacting your local postal service or customs to retrieve the shipment if any issues arise.

All customs duties, import taxes, and any other extra charges must be paid by the recipient, if applicable. We have no control over the duties and taxes charged by your local customs department, nor can we resolve any related issues.

Consider these potential duties and taxes before making a purchase from an overseas country, as you may be required to pay them for imported items.

Undelivered or Unclaimed Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to incomplete addresses, local postal failures, or unclaimed packages, the shipment may be returned to us.

For free-shipping items:

  • If you still want the order, you need to bear the shipping cost to re-ship the package.
  • If you decide not to receive the order, we charge a 20% re-stocking fee on the total order amount.
  • If the package is refused by the consignee, we charge a 30% re-stocking fee on the total order amount.

For non-free-shipping items:

  • The initial shipping fee paid is non-refundable.
  • If you still want the order, you need to pay the shipping cost again to re-ship the package.
  • If you decide not to receive the order, we will refund the item price only.
  • If the package is refused by the consignee, we charge a 20% re-stocking fee on the total item price.

Return Policy

All returned items must be sent back to our Chinese warehouse. The shipping fee paid is non-refundable.

If you still want the order after returning it, you need to pay the shipping cost again to re-ship the package. If you decide not to receive the order, we will refund the item price only.

If the package is refused by the consignee, we charge a 20% re-stocking fee on the total item price.
